laravel reset password min:6 라라벨 패스워드리셋 6자리

라라벨5.8 기준 작성

회원가입 패스워드는 유효성검사로 6자리 가능하지만 리셋 패스워드는 그렇지 않다.

그래서  rules() 해도 무시된다.

아래의 기존 코드를 변경하면 6자리로 가능해진다.
